Our beautiful workshops are designed to nurture confidence and embed resilience during these important developmental years.
These interactive, all-day events are filled with creative tasks, movement, games, discussions and relaxation activities. These are designed to inform, inspire, and empower girls to create positive change in their lives.

At Highlighters, we are here to help encourage, motivate and empower girls, tweens and teens feel more positive, more confident about themselves and stronger from the inside out.
The STRENGTH FROM WITHIN Workshops are one of the Standing Strong signature programs. These full day Workshops have been designed using experiential learning techniques to encourage the process of learning through discussions, trust, relationship building, mindfulness, activities, reflection, movement and fun!
